The oxygen cylinder should be placed in a cool place. Fireworks and flammable products are strictly prohibited around it. At least 5m away from the furnace and 1m away from the heating to avoid explosion.
2. During oxygen use, you should always observe whether the symptoms of hypoxia have improved. Check the oxygen device every 4 hours for leaks and whether it is unobstructed. If the nasal catheter continues to use oxygen, replace the catheter once every shift. Alternate intubation to remove nasal secretions in time to prevent catheter blockage and loss of oxygen use.
3. When using oxygen, the flow rate should be adjusted before intubation. When oxygen is stopped, the catheter should be pulled out first, and then the oxygen switch should be turned off, so as not to open the wrong switch.
4. The oxygen in the oxygen cylinder is not exhausted, the pointer on the pressure gauge drops to 5kg / cmr, that is, it can not be used again, to prevent dust from entering the cylinder and cause an explosion when it is inflated again.
5. For the unused or used empty oxygen cylinders, the signs of "full" or "empty" should be hung respectively, so that the oxygen cylinders can be replaced in time, and avoiding the mistakes in emergency use and affecting the rescue speed.
